The acquirers that pay the highest valuations typically focus on larger carriers.
Williston brings together a small group of complementary carriers and presents them to a larger acquirer in a single sale process, giving each company access to buyers it would be unlikely to reach alone.
- 01
Williston Is Not the Buyer
The acquirer is a third party. Williston arranges the transaction, is compensated on its completion, and discloses the basis of that compensation before any engagement.
- 02
Independent Decisions
Each company remains independently owned until its own closing, and each owner approves the terms of its own sale.
- 03
No Prior Combination
No company is merged, pooled or contributed to a fund before the sale.
Combined sales are not currently offered to carriers based in Arkansas, California, Florida, Georgia or Louisiana. Owners in those states may still sell to Williston directly.
For Acquirers
Corporate development teams and financial sponsors interested in acquiring groups of regional carriers in the South and Southeast are invited to contact the principals.
Williston welcomes conversations with owners of carriers that meet its criteria.
